Anyone concerned about blood pressure and heart health will find the recent article published in The American Chemical Society's Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry extremely exciting.
After analyzing over 100 scientific studies, researchers found that certain proteins in seaweed actually rival both dairy protein AND hypertension medication in their ability to support heart health.
According to Maria Hayes, Ciaran Fitzgerald and Eimear Gallagher who collected and compared extensive data in their review, sea vegetables can do much more for Western people than just provide a natural vegan source of protein.
"Seaweeds are a rich but neglected alternative source," the research team believes. Due to their abundant content of heart-healthy bioactive peptides, they naturally mimic ACE inhibitor activity and actively work to help lower blood pressure. Naturally-occurring substances possessing ACE inhibiting properties have also been found in cultured milk and bioactive whey.
The researchers also note increased interest in using bioactive peptides, now obtained mainly from milk and whey products, as ingredients in functional foods. These foods not only provide nutrition, but have a medicine-like effect in treating or preventing certain diseases.
Synthetic drugs containing bioactive peptides are currently prescribed against hypertension; however these drugs can be quite damaging to health and at times even completely ineffective. ACE inhibitor drugs are known to have a high toxicity and cause unwanted side effects (such as dry cough and angioedema), plus are not recommended during pregnancy.
Consequently, a mission to find natural and safe sources of bioactive peptides has led the scientific community to turn to sea vegetables as a plentiful resource of beneficial substances.

The Evolution of Leadership
Historically leaders have been selected and taught to train, motivate and lead people based on the goals and plans of the powers that be. Whether this be on the military battlefield or the business battlefield most people were not informed of the tactics or plans of the leaders. It was always done on a “need to know basis”. People were motivated by a higher objective which may or may not have been the true objective or plan of those in charge. People were basically lead in the direction that those leading wanted. The details were always left out.
Patton supposedly said “ it is not important for them to know when I am acting and when I am not. It is only important for me to know.”
Hitler motivated and lead people based a belief that they were serving the “Fatherland” when in reality they were serving his plan.
Enron lead their people to believe that what they were doing was for their own growth and prosperity. We now know the truth behind Enron.
The Old leadership model was to “ convince people that the needs of the few, or one, were actually the needs of the many”
The Leadership evolution is taking place and the leaders who do not adapt will fall short of being able to lead people and will be superseded by the new wave. Frustration will set in and then fear. You will be able to see it in their language and manners. Look for fear based language in these people, they are losing control. Stay away from them they no longer know how things work and will become more and more desperate.
People have grown up and look now to those who can lead them but will no longer do it blindly. They are looking for a higher goal to achieve and are willing to make the commitment. To lead these people however will take a new leader. One who can identify and understand that the individual's needs must correspond with the philosophy of the whole. Governments, Corporations and individuals must realize that people have grown up and if they want to lead, they will need to address these new leadership roles. Be prepared to answer the whys. Restless Leg Syndrome
Hi,
Well, I started taking a dose of MaxGxl before I go to bed and have found that the twitching and thrashing of my legs has stopped. I have forever had to sleep with two to three pillows between my legs and sometime put my feet up on the wall or elevate them some how in order to go to sleep. So far the last two nights after taking my MaxGxl I have not had to do that and I have gone to sleep easier and not gotten up during the night. Have a good night sleep.

Kathryn...93.5 years Old
Kathryn has now been one week on 2 Vital Whey (as she has been) and the recommended MaxGXL dosage (3 with each Vital Whey). One week ago she was still wheezing and had fluid on one lung, she was having difficulty with moving around the house and getting out of her chair. As of last night she was doing 15 laps on the deck, 15 lifts with 2.5 pond weights and now get's out of any chair with ease. She is no longer wheezing or coughing at all and we are pretty sure the water in her lung is gone but her next check up at the end of the month will tell the story for sure. All of this with no drugs or doctors that were only making her worse by the day.
As for my self I have now also been one week on the same program. When I started with the program I had an abscessed peri-anal gland that 17 days of antibiotics had failed to cure, however it was somewhat better. I was preparing my self for another round of antibiotics and some minor surgery to drain it. I am happy to report that with out any Meds it is almost gone!!!! The next thing I have noticed is that I urinate like a race horse now and I have not done that since I was 18 and downed a six pack.It appears as though I am empting my bladder completely now. My prostate has been fine for those whom are wondering. For 25 + years I have gotten up at 3 am and gone pee and I am no longer doing that. My Skin pigments, age spots, sun spots what ever you want call them are much lighter and slowly disappearing, I call that quite a week!!!!

Hi to all
Just an update: Kathryn went to the doctors last week and the news was good, all the water is gone off her lungs, blood pressure and pulse normal. The doctor was shocked and admitted that he did not believe in what we were doing but in the same breath he said it has obviously worked and she is getting better so keep the protocol you are using and we will check her in one month.
Next project, I took Ruth's dog (Buddy) to the vet's yesterday for a one way trip due to cancer. To my surprise this very attractive young lady said: let's not put him down just yet and if you are willing we will try some alternative treatments that we have had some success with. If I was not already married I would have fallen in love instantly! My next question to her was what do you know about Glutathione in mammals ? Holly bananas, I actually found a medically trained person that had a accurate answer, this young lady is scoring points by the 100's.
Long story short buddy is now getting 2 vanilla Vital Whey drinks a day, 4 MaxGXL and 2 500mg Augmentin to help kill an infection quickly. Buddy was a little hesitant at first on the Vital Whey but in less than 30 seconds the bowl was spit shined. He has had 4 doses of the above protocol and his energy level is now that of a puppy. We are having one major issue, every time Buddy hears the magic bullet running he sits by your feet in the kitchen with drool running poring out of his mouth and will eventually beg for more. Buddy has a check up in two weeks,I will keep you all posted.
